The company manufactured / supplied the booming car manufacturing and semi – conductor factories at Carmona, Sta. Rosa Laguna and Cavite Techno Parks with their requirements for:
- OFFICE STORAGE AND FILING SYSTEMS
- FIRE RESISTANT CABINETS and VAULTS
- WAREHOUSE RACKS with MEZZANINE FOR CARPARTS
- MADE TO ORDER / NON- CATALOGUE INDUSTRIAL and ARCHITECTURAL PLANT EQUIPMENTS
The company also designed and manufactured Toll Booths and Office Maxi booths for the following Expressways :
- SOUTH LUZON EXPRESSWAY ( SOMCO and MATES )

Due to the increased demand of its products and services , the company expanded its facilities to meet the requirements of the expanding OIL COMPANIES – SHELL PHILS. , JETTI PETROLEUM , PHOENIX PETROLEUM and SEAOIL PHILS. for their gas stations nationwide.
